Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Corporate Luck by Chance is a digital product delivered over the internet, supplied by IT Services by Rajat Agarwal. We are a software company; we deliver no physical products or services. You pay per game. There is no refund after payment, and the game can be rescheduled to any date within 365 days of payment. Version 2.0 · Effective 13 October 2026.

1. What you are paying for

You pay per game. One payment is for one game of Corporate Luck by Chance, for the number of participants you chose, at the price shown on the payment page. Setting up a game is free.

2. A game that has not been paid for

It can be cancelled at any time. Nothing is charged.

3. After payment: no refund

Once the payment is made, we do not give a refund, and a paid game cannot be cancelled for money back.

4. Rescheduling for 365 days

After you pay, the Organizer can move the game to a new date and time, free of charge, to any date within 365 days from the date of payment.

5. Cancelling a paid game

If the Organizer cancels a paid game, the payment stays as credit in the Organizer's account for a game of Corporate Luck by Chance within the same 365 days from the date of payment. Credit is not money and cannot be paid out or transferred. We e-mail the Organizer before it lapses.

6. After the start time, and after 365 days

Once the start time has passed, the game has started and cannot be moved or cancelled. A paid game that is not played within 365 days from the date of payment lapses, and the payment is not refunded.

7. If our software fails

If a paid game cannot run because of a fault in our software, we move it free of charge to a new date. If we cannot provide the game at all within the 365 days, we refund the amount paid.

8. A wrong or double charge

If a payment was taken more than once, or the amount charged is not the amount shown on the payment page, or money was taken and the game was not created, we refund the excess or the whole amount. Write to rajatsiroffice@gmail.com with the subject "Billing", the payment reference, the amount and the date. We confirm in writing whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is started within 7 working days to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.

9. Prizes

Prizes, if any, are provided and handed over by the Organizer. They are not part of this policy.
